Bojan Jovanovski

Bojan Jovanovski ist Doktor des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt auf Innovationsmanagement. Er forscht, lehrt und entwickelt Richtlinien in den Bereichen Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Learning, seit 2008. Er war an der Gründung und Entwicklung des Ss. Cyril and Methodius Business Start-up Centres beteiligt und ist Mitbegründer der NGO National Centre for Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Learning - Skopje. Er war seit 2011 Lehr- und Forschungsassistent an der Fakultät für Maschinenbau der Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, bis er 2018 ein Teil des Teams der FH JOANNEUM wurde.
Sein Mitwirken an über 30 internationalen und zahlreichen nationalen Projekten führte zu folgenden Ergebnissen bzw. Maßnahmen: Gründung von >50 Start-ups, Entwicklung von High-School-Lehrplänen, Schulungen für Unternehmen, junge Fachkräfte und potenzielle Unternehmer sowie High-School-Lehrer zu Innovation, Unternehmertum und Karriereentwicklung. Herr Jovanovski war an der Entwicklung einer regionalen und dreier nationaler Strategien in Südosteuropa beteiligt, sowie an der Implementierung des Global Entrepreneurship Monitor und des Innovation Union Scoreboard in der Republik Nordmazedonien. Auf dem Gebiet der Innovation und des Unternehmertums hat er mehr als 70 Publikationen (wissenschaftliche Arbeiten, Lehrmaterialien, veröffentlichte Forschungsberichte, Handbücher, als Autor und/oder Herausgeber) veröffentlicht und hat aktiv an mehr als 30 internationalen Konferenzen teilgenommen. Er hat internationale Erfahrung an Universitäten und bei Firmen in Österreich, Deutschland, Slowenien, Serbien, Kroatien und natürlich in Nord-Mazedonien.

Als Senior Lecturer (FH) am Institut für Internationales Management der FH JOANNEUM lehrt und forscht Herr Jovanovski im Bereich Innovation. Derzeit liegen seine Forschungsschwerpunkte im Rahmen der Erasmus+ Projekte KnowHub und GREENOVET, die er koordiniert.
